Hello, my name is Lindsay. I am 29 years old. I have been trying to diet for a long time and always have some kind of stall, usually because my lack of motivation gets the best of me. But this time I am trying the BFC by Jorge Cruise and am seeing good results so naturally at this point my motivation is keeping me going. I am going to do everything in my power to stay on top of this diet to reach my goal of 60-70 lbs lose.


As of 4/12/2010 I plan to switch to Atkins and try phase 1 for a while to get the weight moving. I plan to still only allow a small amount of sugar like on the BFC, but the amount of carbs isn't helping me lose enough weight, so lets see what happens. I hope for the best. :)

As of 8/23/2010 I am back on the BFC (lower carb count then 120g)and so far loving the results :)

I really want to go OUT for dinner!
Well if you go to an Apple bee's or Chili's...something similar to those places, most menus have a healthy option toward the back. Not all restaurant do, but most in my experience. Smile
