Tried changing up my exercise tonight...I used the "weight loss" setting on the bike...HOLY CRAP...I don't think I have ever sweat that much before...I will probably feel that tomorrow...

I'll be trying a different setting tomorrow night, I don't think I am ready for that quite yet...I'm soaked...

I also had a great food day today, totally stuck to the plan...this should be a weight loss week!! I'll have to do a mid week weigh in to see how I'm doing...lower sodium this week, so I should have made some decent progress...but no sense in getting my hopes up, don't want to be disappointed.

Later.

Sounds like you a pedaling on the road to success to me! Epsom salt baths are amazing for sore muscles. :)

Really surprised that I wasn't sore today...but I am pretty tired, although I had a really early start and stayed up too late last night...got to shovel & scrape the driveway today...really getting tired of that...where did this "Global Warming" stuff go, does Al Gore have any answers lately?? hehehe...sorry...although it is nice out today and starting to melt, it will be a while before it is all gone again...we have about 3ft burms down the center of the road that the city has plowed up...I expect that they will be removing them tomorrow...my truck can get through, but not everyone has the clearance I do...most people are having to go to the right out of their driveways and down to the next intersection, pull a u-turn and then head in the right direction...even my wifes AWD SUV can't get through (she tried and got stuck...saw me drive through like it wasn't there and figured she could make it...)
