I can't continue to eat like my husband and expect to lose weight....gave up bread for Lent....and boy was I interested in having some bread this morning. Held back...and had the same thing I've had for breakfast since Sunday. LOL. We've only just begun. Today I get to do 10 minutes of ab work. Yesterday I did back strength exercises - about 15 minutes worth.
It always amazes me that when I'm 3/4 into my trip home from work, I'm still energized. By the time I'm home I'm worn out. Why is that???
