Really excited, 2 more to 165 lb. Have been around 230 lb to 240 lb for a long long time with a sedentary life style and an unhealthy diet. Started an exercise/diet routine in 2015 and achieved 200 lb, 180 lb milestones gradually. This last 15 lb was a bit hard but finally it is in sight.
