I've already had a lot of carbs today, so just had a "lunch meat wrap" as a snack, which is basically the contents of a sandwich without the bread. I think I can do this.

That's really awesome! I'm trying to do the same kind of thing. Have you tried Piller's Turkey Sausages? They're packed with protein, but only have 50 cals/ sausage. They're precooked so you can eat them right out of the pack! :D (A little pricey, but the importance of snacking healthy hardly compares)
