Okay, I need to step it up. I've been reading up on carbs and about how the gigantic amount of carbs I eat in a day (always at least 150g) is the most likely culprit to my unbeatable muffin top/belly fat. I'm going to try to slowly reduce the amount of carbs in my diet. I'll start off eating less than 100g in a day and work my way down. This is going to be difficult because I practically live off things like pasta and bread. :(

Woooow. After reading this, I realize I eat at least 200 carbs a day. I don't even realize I'm eating that much, I guess. All my foods seem normal.
Maybe for me I'm not really thinking about carbs and/or muffin tops yet because I'm bigger on the bottom all around anyway. I guess I'll start thinking about it once I get the first several pounds off and see where I stand at that point.
