Well, supper is over. I wasn't real hungry, so I only ate some pork ribs left over from yesterday, some cantaloupe and some blue berries. Yummy, it was good. But I am way under in my calories 1021, supposed to eat 1800 a day and I have recorded everything I have eaten today. I don't know but probably won't be eating anything else. I am only supposed to eat when I am hungry, and I feel so full and it is 8pm. Too late to be eating for me anyway. Maybe tomorrow will be better, and I will eat my 1800 or close to them. I have never eaten over my RDI, so That is why I am losing weight. Also my carbs to day was only 28%. Not bad!! I'll take it.
