Sauteed veggies and two fried eggs

Glen -- it never occurred to me to use the zucchini spirals at breakfast, but that's brilliant. I am going to try scrambling in an egg white with chopped turkey ham and green onions and a little gluten-free soy sauce. Bet it comes out like one of those Chinese pancakes! thanks for the inspiration.
