I am still seeing wonderful results, though the scale does not reflect it. I have lost inches on my legs and thighs. And the best thing is that my sister told me that, she hated to admit but she could see these changes! I'll keep, keeping on going forward. Be well and Stay healthy.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've lost almost 20 lbs, and that's nothing to sneeze at either! Inches/how you feel and look, and your health are more important, too :)
