Last week of February so I plan to 'play hardball' this week :) Wanna make my goal to lose 10 lbs(for the month) for my challenge...since I bautched the 1st 10 days hence the reason to 'get brutal'
Only a little indulgence this 'WEAK-end' as Coach so aptly put it. But stayed w/in my limits(the high end) so that ain't too shabby. All is back to normal and gearing down for the week ahead :) Really gonna concentrate on the diet thang...no distractions like company coming, organizing done for now, no appts... just 'diet hardball'(w/o the cracker jacks :)

"Playing Hardball" is good, but a little flexibility can also go a long way. Don't be so hard on yourself for straying a little here and there.
