Starting today! I have my vacation planned for mid October and would love to lose as much of this tummy as I can. I'm insulin resistant and that usually means slow weight loss. I'm officially back on my Doctor's low carb/high protein plan since I do lose weight easier on that than others. Now, I'm off to chase some Pokémon... please don't judge. It's exercise lol 😀
244.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pokemon Go is great! It gets people walking and can help with depression, since it encourages you to go out and meet people :)

I am insulin resistant as well. Diagnosed t2 diabetes in January of this year. I eat Keto/low carb, high fat to burn fat for fuel instead of carbs. Weight loss is slower for us most times yes. But slow and steady can win the race! You've got this! By the way...I Pokémon as well lol. 54 yr old grandma!! Yep. Grandson got me started but I love it. Go catch em all! 👍
