Forever Thin's Journal, 23 July 2017

I woke up hungry and that's a good thing. I had a small amount of apple cider vinegar and water before any food. I've had bad cramps this week and forgot that I needed to cleanse with this remedy.
I had a good bm first thing. My stomach feels good.
I counted out cas last night for breakfast and I love doing this.
I have 300 for breakfast.
I am going to 24 hour fitness tomorrow to join Silver Sneakers!
Today I am taking my measurements. I have seven weeks until Florida and would like to drop 5-7 lbs which with exercise could happen! Seven pounds in seven weeks! YES.
I am so excited and I am going to track my progress by Zoom starting today.
ROLL ON!
I just reread the weight loss/gain since Dad died. I feel like crying.
