I am inspired to join 24 hour fitness and eat consciously; I had almost 1500 cas today and maybe actually 1800 when I think of the snack at Trader Joes which was delicious, but a truly enjoyable meal tonight.
I chose dessert foods. I had such a good first 2 meals.
