Here is a breakdown of my foods for today.
Calorie Breakdown: Carbohydrate (21%) Fat (61%) Protein (18%) My carbs have come down a great deal, since going toward Keto. I think I may have to raise my protein up some, but at least the carbs are down. According to a site I was on yesterday, my calories are supposed to be as follows, 60% calories from Fat 35% calories from Protein 5% calories from Carbohydrates. I am over, that list. I am not going to give up, I will continue to do better every day.
