Alright, I will take any loss as a good sign that I am doing OK.
I am down .2# but better down than up.
I am doing better every day, and for that I am happy.
Have a Blessed Sunday all.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
