I've lost a few pounds so far and it hasn't even been a week!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 July 2017:
1380 kcal Fat: 66.93g | Prot: 66.18g | Carb: 131.85g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Avocados, Grape Tomatoes, Sour Cream, Kikkoman Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Onions, Egg, Happy Farms Deli Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese. Lunch: Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Added in Cooking), Quinoa (Cooked). Dinner: Baked Sweetpotato (Peel Not Eaten, Fat Added in Cooking), American Value Green Beans (Canned), Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Rib, Boneless). Snacks/Other: Cafe Bistro Soft Gingerbread Cookies. more...
