ME THINKS THE HEAT IS MISERABLE AT 430AM..gooood friday morning..at 415am..when i left the house..was 77 an humidity was 93 percent..opened back door an glasses i wear when i ride..steamed up..an heat hit me in face..and all i thought was..its cooler inside..but i was dressed for riding..so down the rode i peddled..todays ride wasnt a long one or a fast one..was just about getting the 23 miles in i needed to get my 100 for the week..an with the heat that early in the morning..its been a struggle most days..i even went an set up my polar insulated bottles last night put one in fridge so i could add ice cubes to it this morning..an be able to drink it while on ride..other one..i put water an fizz in an stuck in freezer..thinking it would thaw out while on my ride..to my surprise the one in freezer was thawed out half way thru ride...

WELL..got my 100 miles in for week..if i ride tomow or sunday just extra miles ...have to wait an see if im riding or not..suppose to be cooler sunday...well still hot but not as bad..summer is here..just gonna have to be happy an live with it..get my riding in an enjoy it..

did see 6 deer this morning..same rode..at different places..3 in one bunch..3 in last bunch...i know deer season opens soon..but not sure when..i dont hunt that kind of deer..lol..mine are 2 legged..

well coffee/protein...breakfast is gone..an tummy is telling me it was good...but its still hungry..i do a bike ride on a 12-16 hour fast..an when i get home..an eat breakfast..i think it burns off before i get to enjoy the taste..lol..but thats good...food doesnt have time to change over to anything but fuel..

TY Glen..give your back time to heal...yes i kno...hard to allow injuries time to heal when you enjoy the workout..but in the end worth it...you have a great one..
