Had a bad diet weekend. My parents came down and brought Pizzapapolis. Big yummy chicago deap dish pizza. Then had Home made BLT soup Sunday ad in there Bowling with Hockey players, which means lots of beer involved and I am really suprised I lost. I weighed in today to see how much I gained so I would know how much extra I would need to do to lose the extra this week. I will promptly reward myself for getting past 1 of my goals (below 220). I get to buy new earrings and get a hair cut! When I get below 200 I get to buy $75 worth of new clothes...so cant wait for that!
219.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
