I was so bad this weekend and with the left overs from the 500 still in the house it was a bad week too. But I am proud that I didn't gain and just stayed the same. Maybe next week I will get below 220 for the first time in 2 years!! That will be cause to party.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 80.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
