So after yesterday's binge, I definitely need to be nicely with my food today. Although, I have a beef/red meat craving (perhaps just coincides with my time of the month). I just have to try to be responsible with what I choose to eat and how much!
I should work out today, but I'm a bit nervous to do too much, and then be super swollen tomorrow for my weigh in. DH wants to work out as well, so we'll work out, perhaps just not as long as we usually do, and then work out again on Sunday.
