I think with traveling around and being sick, I think I did a fairly good job at at least maintaining my weight. I think that one of the most important things is how I'm feeling now as compared to before and I'm feeling great!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! I know that when I'm eating better and exercising I feel better mentally and physically, and that helps keep up the motivation.
