also with your meals on preventing diabetics, eat no more then 10 grams of carbs at a meal and exercise within 10 minutes after eating , short workout like walking in place for 5 minutes.

Yep it helps - low carb and high fat has helpped me to reverse my diabetes by keeping insulin/blood glucose low.
