Yea! One pound down. I'm most happy that I was able to retain self-control last night at the business, despite the wine freely flowing, olive bread, other breaded or fried delicacies, and some incredible desserts -- all on someone else's tab! I just stuck with steamed mussels, salad, and fish -- plus, I was clear headed for the presentation having only consumed club soda with a lime twist. Now the big challenge will be the weekend, with two gatherings with friends. I'll skip the bread but allow myself some wine.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
