Staying steady today on my weigh in, but I expected that. The first few pounds were probably water. I stuck to the diet yesterday and had a great spin class. Today will be more of a challenge with a business dinner and cocktail hour, but I'm determined to stick with club soda with a twist of lime. I certainly sleep more soundly without drinking wine in the evening.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
