Wow, so I'm at the halfway point right now. I just wanted to post my starting/current inches, just so you guys see it's not just about the pounds--the inches melt off too!

Weight:....225.....192......-33
Arm:........15......14.......-1
Chest:......42......38.......-4
Breast:.....44......42.......-2
Ribs:........40......36.75....-3.25
Waist:......39.5....36.......-3.5
Hips:........49......46.......-3
Thigh:.......32......27.......-5

So, all around, I've lost 31.5 inches. That is INSANE. My thighs have seen the biggest lost--thank goodness, lol!

I had chicken today, covered in a peanut butter/tapatio sauce. Sounds really random, but it's delicious! Very thai-inspired, I think :)

I firmly believe in taking measurements as well as weighing in. Sometimes the scale won't budge for a week or two, but the measurements keep dropping. This is especially true if you exercise (even regular walks, not just weights). When your body composition is changing you might not see any progress on the scale but you really are getting smaller! If you haven't taken your measurements you still can. As you get closer to your goal and your weight loss slows, sometimes those measurements can help to keep you motivated. Good work jeansie...keep going for it!!
