Although I am not following a special diet I am trying to follow the carb free days. One day carbs, one day greatly reduced or no carbs and sunday is an off day. It was strange at first to try it but after a couple of weeks I can feel different. I am certain I am not missing the carbs and my weight loss (according to my scales) I am down to 99 kilo. Need to continue til I see my doctors in a few months time. My blood sugar levels have reduced as well, still a few high ones, but more of a normal range.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
