Did great and didnt cheat and eat well. Got up this morning and did my p90x2 work out and it felt great. Seeing that scale going down keeps me going:-)
149.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
