I am 43 years old and the mother of 5 and a grandmother of 1. I went on the slim4life diet about 4 years ago and lost alot of weight but it was to expensive to go back to them so this time I am going to try it on my own. I have two other girls that I work for that are also on this diet with me so that helps. I have an event coming up in Febuary that I would like to loss about 10lbs for and then a high school reuion and a family reuion that I would love to look great for. No matter what people say about me I feel fat and I am tired of it. This time I am going to get it off and keep it off. I hope someone here would like to help me with this.

what is new on this diet
Thank you Krystie for replying but I was wondering if they added any different food items like carrots and banana's because I love those but they don't let us have them. Oh and by the way when I did it the first time I never took nor did I buy any of the supplements and I still lost weight. I just took some over the counter vitamins. How long have you been on it. I started up again a week ago today on my own and already lost 2 lbs.

what is new on this diet
I was wanting to know if anyone out there is on the slim4life diet and could tell me if anything has changed on it. I went about 4 years ago and paid the money but still have all the paper work so now I am just doing it on my own and was wondering if there was anything new on the program? If anyone could help me that would be great! Thank you
