Phew! I seem to be back on track at last! Keeping my fingers crossed for the motivation to return and continue....

Diet Calendar Entry for 27 February 2012:
1477 kcal Fat: 45.34g | Prot: 46.07g | Carb: 207.77g.   Breakfast: rolled oats, banana, honey, coffee, sunfllower seeds, strawberries, grapes, yoghurt. Lunch: pear, carrot, light cream cheese, rye bread. Dinner: cheese pie, yogurt, carrot, my guacamole. Snacks/Other: white wine, marmite, margarine spread, wholemeal toast. more...

Welcome back on track. It's a much better place to be.

We can do this! Sometimes we gotta just grit our teeth and keep moving forward...despite lack of motivation. I think maybe that's how new eating patterns become habits instead of "the diet".
