I blew it this weekend. Proof that I am sensitive to wheat. That weight came right back on even though I didn't gorge myself on it - just a few things here and there that contained wheat and of course carbs. But, like I always thought too, I don't need much calories to exist. I am not discouraged, though. I gave myself the weekend with our visitors and I am right back on it today. I can do this!
