Miracles never ceist! I did a 1.5 work out at Bonsai Gym connected to apartments!!! Treadmill and step up machine. I had my Samsung note 5 and headphones, was listening to Lady Gaga Live Tampa concert and Bruce Springsteen concert and then had impractical jokers on, Lol I was drenched, here is a,1st/ time flew by so quick, gym closes at 2pm on Saturday attendant told me I had to pack up it's 10 minutes before 2pm, That's the first time I ever was told,to leave a gym 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😎

Lol Glen you are correct!!! Gym is not 24hrs since I live in a retirement community. They Allow is 20% ages 18-55 Thanks Kp and Veggie!!!

Thanks Poppy and April!!!! Ok back from Holiday Vacation July 5,2017.. Back to business on the diet front, no too much damage on the scale considering the festivities, Apt complex had big lunch catered in from Adjacent property Regal Palms and a live band. It was nice, Everything was in house on property, even got to see fireworks with a perfect view from my balcony in air conditioned apt. Largo Park shoots them high enough, I get a perfect view from balcony. Have a great week everyone. Will keep everyone posted with updates ref diet. I have a long way to go but will succeed. :)
