An excellent day today, to hopefully make up for the treat last night that made me go over my limits a little yesterday. I know I possibly haven't eaten enough today, but I've not felt hungry and what I have eaten has been healthy, so hopefully when I get on the scales at 6am, they won't be unkind! So for that, and the dancing competition I'm taking part in tomorrow - pls wish me luck! :)
