SHOOTING FOR THE STARS..goood thursday morning...joined a challenge on strava yesterday..get 5000 miles by end of year..i had my goal already set at 3800 but i been riding more..an thought what the heck..lol..

got bored yesterday afternoon..i did a 16.6 yesterday morning on zwift..an then about 2pm..got really bored..had all kinds of energy..an thought il get bike off trainer..change the back rim an tire to the outside rim an tire..get riding clothes on an do a short ride..lol..never a short ride...ended up dooing a 14.2 mile ride..was 88 outside an wind was blowing..i repeat blowing at 18 mph outta the south..so was a warm ride..but in the end..ended up with 30.8 miles for the day..

only got 5 hours of sleep last night..not sure if i was over tired..or...but couldnt sleep..i slept like a log first 2 hours..but then woke up an layed in bed till midnight..finally got up an took some aleves to relax me..naturally at 330am...my alarm on phone was beeping..saying..time to get up an get them miles in for the day..well needless to say...no ride is planned for today..less i get bored again..have 69 miles in for the week already an only need 31 more to get my 100..really hoping to do more then 100..need 500 to be at half way point to my 5000 by end of year..but as long as i keep gettig 100 plus each week..will average out im sure..

WELL COFFEE IS GONE..NOT THAT IT DID ALOT..STILL TIRED..MIGHT BE ANOTHER CUP IN MY FUTURE..
