So they say to reward yourself and boy did I ever .... I couldn't resist tonight ... I know that I kicked meat from my diet but I had one cheat day and that was tonight and I'm not gonna beat myself up for it .. I drank 16oz lemonade and had a medium order of fries and a half of a teriyaki burger .... Also I managed to stay under my calories like always ... So I'm darn proud
