WEIGHT 161.4 LBS, BMI 25.3%, BODY FAT 20.8%, MUSCLE 37.2%, WATER 61%, BONE 3.9%...
Well without having eggs in my diet and drinking Soy milk, due tony cholesterol being to high i have noticed my weight has gone down a couple of pounds this past week. I was sitting at around 165 lbs and now i am sitting at around 161 lbs. Trying not to eat foods that will affect my cholesterol.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
