trying to get back into the swing of things diet wise so hard. i had to go to wendy's for lunch today was worried about that but got 1/2 salad which was actually quite yummy. good for them to have this and calories were posted on the menu too. yeah!!!!

I hope u come back soon and get tracking! My mini goal as of today is to track my food daily, preferably just before I consume it. I'll focus on losing weight a little later but first I have to develop the tracking habit again. Let's do this together, ok? I could use a buddy to keep me on track and I think we would be able to help each other. Deal?
