The one 19 km approx 20 km cycle ride on 19th June 2017,Monday was the definitive moment .that Ride really helped in toning down body to a extent that weight start to loose.Need to drive that much often .Wow great feeling . Once 20 km drive in cycle and rest for 1-2 days it effects last for that .wow.Normally i drive approx 12-15 km normal days.Extra 4 km makes the difference.
