What increase in muscle mass leading to increase in weight .as riding 19 kms cycline every alternate days and in between walking 4 kms . Seems eating junk food occasional leading to increase in body mass.

Also having spirulina at morning and night leading to stable weight.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
