I am so frustrated! I am following the induction phase down to the letter and yet, now weight loss in 3 days! :( The first few days I started the diet I lost a little over 3 lbs! Then I had to take antibiotics for a sinus infection which seemed to throw me out of ketosis and I went back up 3 lbs! I've been off the antibiotics for a week now and still following induction. I seem to be barely (if at all) in ketosis and have only lost my original few pounds!
ARRRGGGHHHH!
Oh and I just realized I haven't been changing the "How closely followed" box and there is not way to go back to correct it... 100% followed since 02/15/2012! again..arrrggghhh! :(

Being sick can throw our bodies off. But you look like your doing fine. You need to keep realistic expectations. Are your clothes more loose? Are you exercising or being active? Are you staying hydrated? Your doing good things for your health and it can take time to get the weight off. Some people lose more than others. If you lose a pound of two a week, you are doing great. You can stay the same weight for a week and than drop 4 pounds. Just stick with it and you should see results. If you don't exercise and can, you might want to start. If you do, then kick it up with some new exercises. Our bodies get used to the same old activities and foods. Change things up.
