The fiancee got our DDR machine back up and running last week, so I've been fitting in an extra dose of cardio. The weather has been somewhat cooperative here as well, so my exercise has shifted from 35 minutes on the elliptical and some weights/floor exercises to that PLUS a walk through my neighborhood AND at least a half hour of DDR.

TOM this week has me reaching for the chocolate (again). I have the hardest time sticking to my guns once I'm home after work. I end up in the kitchen, eating things right out of their bags or boxes, or while holding the door of the fridge open. Its mindless and embarrassing. Gotta get better at being cognizant.

We have a BBQ to go to this Sunday, and I've been trying to get in the right mindset for it. No soda or punch, limit of one alcoholic beverage, water only after that. One plate, used once (no refills). Stay AWAY from useless filler foods like chips. Fingers crossed I don't undo my work from this week.
