WENT TO BED TIRED..goood thursday morning..went to bed last night at 610am..extremely tired..cut grass yesterday right before noon..was alredy in the 90s by then..only took an hour..but was glad when i was done..came back inside an kept water going in..an coming out..lol..by 500 last night was already yawning...knew i wouldnt make 7pm..an didnt even try to fight it..i really dont remember laying down on bed..slept till midnight ..was up to drain kidneys..an went back to bed..woke up at 330am..thinkin to myself..already..its already time to get up again..im tired..but i dragged my tired body outta bed..got chicken in crockkpot..an got that all set up..than about 4am..started getting riding clothes on once again..well...drank 1/2 cup of coffee/protein/creatine..an out the door an down the road i went...first 6 miles i was thinkin to myself..setting my weekly goal to 100 miles means more pressure to ride..was a heck of alot easier..when it was 80 miles per week..

sitting here drinkin my coffee/protein..hoping to find that adrenaline rush..
because i sure dont have it after my ride today...im tired..but usually after i cut grass day before im just not with it..weather man is callin for rain toomow when i get up..im hoping hes wrong ...might be an inside ride on trainer..or i might take my chances an ride between the drops..depending on how heavy the rain is...light rain..ok...heavy rain..forget it..

Maybe you're allergic to grass. My husband has to wear a mask when he cuts ours otherwise he feels quite ill.

Humidity will suck the life out of you. Listen to your body. The air quality will be poor, also. Keep hydrated.

im sure thats what it is doobrie..every week i cut grass..next day im just not to peppy..some weeks its worse..some its not..just never know till i get up next morning after cutting grass how i will feel..just another day...lol..

OH!!! Forgot to say ... if you don't already, take potassium supplements. You sweat and pee them out and you will feel almost lifeless. Seriously, eating low carb brings up issues like this and it's proven to bring you back to life again ... within the half hour, just by taking a potassium supplement.
