LISTENING TO MY INNER SELF..goood wednesday morning..just came in from a greattt morning ride..just nothin like getting out in the morning air when its so fresh you can ride past someones house an smell the dryer fragrance sheets...did have one skunk on my route this morning..but it was headed acrost the road before i got there..i was happy about that..lol..close to the end of my ride..i had more then 24 miles in an the road i picked isnt one of my main road i ride on..at the time i picked the road i was thinkin i just need a few more miles an i can call it a ride..well went down a road i never ride on an run into an old friend..stopped an talked..he had been up to 600 pounds when he started working it off...he was down to 320 this morning..not sure how long its taking him to get ther...told him about fat secret an how he can stick better to a plan..im thinkin he said hes been workin it off for 3 years now..i was tellin him putting in his food journal would give him the support to stick with it...he was headed off to work..said he would come by some time..i got back on bike an pushed a few more miles...

WELL COFFEE/PROTEIN SHAKE..IS GONE...DIDNT TAKE LONG TO DRINK IT DOWN..I TAKE WATER/FIZZ WITH ME TO DRINK..AN SOON AS I GET HOME..GET MORE PROTEIN BACK IN ME..SOOOOOOOOOO....time to get up an change outta riding clothes..get comfy..

not sure what today holds yet..thinkin of cutting grass..just depends on how wet it is..had a shower about 130am this morning..no i wasnt up..seen it on radar when i got up at 330am...lol

HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTT DAY...TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY...EVEN THOUGH I HATE TO MISS A DAY OF MY ADRENALINE RUSH...LOL

:) - You'll miss that rush. Take a day off ... then, why not just have a shorter ride and keep those endorphin juices flowing? They all don't have to be as long. That is so cool that you met your old friend out like that. It was meant for you to meet up with him and tell him about FatSecret. Awesome!

i do a longer ride cause i just enjoy riding..im trying to build up to be able to do a 40-50 mile ride..short rides are ok..but when i put on my riding bibs and get ready to do a ride..its like if i have to get all my riding gear on..might as well make it worth the ride..even after a 2 hour ride..its like im wound for sound for the first 2-3 hours after i get back home..like today i came home..wrote my journal..changed clothes..ate a salad at 930am..headed outside..used a leaf blower to blow off the carport..rolled up the electric cord..its electric..put cord an blower away..gassed up rider..just cut grass...and its 1038am...an im still ready to rock...longer i sit im sure some of the energy will disappear...lol...
