Ok, so here I go again. Atkins has worked well for me in the past but I came upon this diet on My Fat Secret and it seems that the most weight loss per week was happening on this Dukan diet. Sounds a lot like Atkins but no counting. Whatever makes it easier. I just reserved the book from the library to find out more info. Checked out the website too. It says I can lose weight fast. We'll see. I'm excited to get this fat off my body! Soon!
