Lost 2 pounds overnight, must be fluid retention. Blood pressure is up, very bad head ache. Need to reduce my sodium intake, increase fresh fruits and veggies. Lord please help me🙏🏻
245.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
