Just doing my thing. Felt kind of tired last night and just did some body weight exercises, enough to get the heart rate up. Also been in-taking some new Protein powder lets see how this goes. Lots of muscle aches and possible joint pains. Not sure what this is due to have not gone heavy on my lifting and have not done anything that is taxing on my body. Other than that have been stayin pretty close to my intake goals. Finding it hard to maintain my protein intake so high without feeling stuffed.

I have been trying to eat when ever I feel hungry which has been less than before. I used to eat 6 meals a day and its down to 3 and these are done more out of habit than anything. I feel as thou my meals are keeping me feeling more full for longer periods of time.

Its another day and I just have to keep inputting calories and staying active.
