Changed it up just slighly for today. 6 egg whites with 2 yolks, 2 bacon strips, 2 strawberries, 1/2 cup of spinach, 1 oz of cheese, with some green tea. Eggs where made omlet style with garlic bacon and cheese inside. Ate all this after a good workout.
