Today I decided to change my RDI because I don't think I can or need to lose weigh at the "moderate" rate of 1 lb per week anymore. Changing it to HALF lb per week brought the RDI up to 1600, but of course I'll still try to stay as close to 1400 as possible. Also going to try to "shake up" my excercise pattern a little. Tried the Stairs Master for 1st time yesterday - it was SO hard to do. I only lasted 10 minutes - barely breathing after 8.
