Weighed myself several times on my home scale this morning and the numbers ranged from 116 to 117 lbs in workout clothes, but NO shoes... so I'm estimating about 117.5 for work scale. Let's see if that's the number for official weigh-in on Monday. I didn't expect to lose any or much this week so the home scale results are promising. Today I tried the circuit training at PF for the first time - good workout. Still keeping up with RDI of 1400 even though my new goal settings allow for 1600.
