Fat: 59.11g | Prot: 54.29g | Carb: 190.13g.   Breakfast:  coffee, fiber one oats & peanut butter. Lunch:  applebee's oriental salad. Dinner:  brown rice, tofu, tom yum soup. Snacks/Other:  act II microwave popcorn, cheez it snack mix, clementine, snackwell popcorn, water.
