I can never peel a boild egg that would be worth taking a picture of. But it looks like it would work with my poached eggs too.

There's something about a boiled egg that I just love. No matter if it comes out all jankey looking. hahaha :D

is it normal to gain weight the first 2 weeks$ 😔 lost 4 first week gained 3 back. what am i doing wrong? i rarely eat bread unless its the bottom piece of a fast food burger and so far no pasta what so ever.

If I knew what kind of diet you are working on, some folks might have a answer for you, but it seems you are on a modified low carb ??? From my research, most comes from insulin release in your blood stream which could give your body weight spikes, you need to experiment and just see what works for you. I had similar issues like that when I first stated, and I tried several different methods to lose weight , till I found out what worked for me, that I can live with.
